What happens when I delete a Client Account?
You can delete Client Accounts from your Agency Dashboard, if you wish to proceed with the deletion of the Client Account, you'll be asked to confirm this action. After you've confirmed, all Client Data will be deleted, and we disconnect the Client Account and its pages from Clepher.
What if I just want to temporarily Disable a Client? In the event your Client missed a payment, or for whatever reason, you deem worthy to temporarily disable the Client account. You can simply click on the Disable button. And the entire Chatbot will be disabled while maintaining any previous data. The chatbot is still able to generate subscribers, it's the Chatbot automated messages that will be disabled.
