This premium chatbot flow called the Account Cancellation Flow allows users to request account cancellation within the chatbot. They will be asked for the account ID that will be validated from the existing data in Google Sheets via integration. The account details such as the account name, account information, payment details, and account status will also be retrieved and logged into a separate sheet for business owners to track the requests. Users also have the option to put in other requests if in case they don’t want to push through with cancellation. If the account ID is not found, users will be given an option to try again. However, if they choose to skip, their information will be cleared from the sheet. You import the Account Cancellation Flow from the importer on the Flow Composer inside Clepher.
