This premium chatbot flow called the Free Giveaway Flow, allows users to have their receipt codes validated and exchanged for a prize. The users will need to input their receipt code which will be validated from a list of valid codes in Google Sheets via integration. After the code has been confirmed valid, they will be asked to pick a color or design of their prize, which will be recorded in the sheets as well. If users enter an invalid code, they will not be eligible for the prize but are allowed to try again. Business owners can also keep track of everyone who joined in.
