This premium chatbot flow called the Guest Directory Flow allows users to know if their names are on the guest list for a said event. Their names will be checked from the existing data in Google Sheets via integration. If not found, users will be given an option to try again or to contact the coordinator. If the users are on the guest list, their response will be recorded, their message or concerns regarding the event, and contact details if they will attend. All information is logged into Google Sheets for event organizers to track who is already on the list and checking their names but are not yet included on the guest list. You import the Guest Directory Flow from the importer on the Flow Composer inside Clepher.
