Want to integrate Plivo in your chatbot? You’re in luck! The Plivo Integration is now live. This means you can now add your Plivo API details inside the Integration Manager on Page Level. Then on the Flow Composer, you find the Plivo Card. And from there, you drag ‘n drop your self a powerful automation with your favorite SMS service.

Integrate Plivo with this Supported Action

We start off this new Integration with 1 action. Which is getting you most of the capabilities you need in order to make a good connection with your favorite SMS service. But, we keep a close eye on any other API hooks! For now, you can:

Send SMS This will send an SMS to your subscriber. This SMS supports Emoji, Personalization Tags, Custom Fields, Global Fields, and Air Variables.

Integrate Plivo with these Supported Fields

Simply fill out a couple of fields, point ‘n click a couple of times… and your SMS is set up in a heartbeat. Here’s a small overview of what fields are supported:

Supported Field(s) Description
Sending Phone Number Clepher will pull all the Phone Numbers (which can send SMS) from your Plivo account, choose which Phone Number you’d like to use.
Receiving Phone number The phone number you want to send the SMS to, it can be either a static phone number or dynamic through Personalization tags (User Fields, Custom Fields, Global Fields, and Air Variables).
Specify Message The SMS content, all languages are supported as well as emojis, the content can also contain Personalization tags (User Fields, Custom Fields, Global Fields, and Air Variables).
